Shipping Information
All orders will be processed and will ususally be shipped within 3 days.
You will be informed if the product you purchased is out of stock. There
is no definite shipping date for backordered items. We will ship out the
delayed shipments as soon as the products become available again.
Track your Package. If you placed an online order please, type
your order number into the box below to track the progress. If you placed an
order through the mail, please type in your last name in capital letters (eg.
SMITH) to track the progress of your order. This Order Tracking page can
only be used to track UPS shipments. Your order will not be tractable if: |

All orders
within the United States ship USPS. Orders being shipped to a military
address, P.O. Box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territory address will
ship via Priority Mail. All USPS shipments are trackable. |
Any order placed after 1:00 pm PST may not be printed out & processed
until the NEXT business day. (So if you place an order on Friday at
1:00pm PST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning).
Weekends or holidays are not counted as business days. |

It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order
(Saturday, Sunday order may take up to 3 ~ 4 days to process).
Most of our orders are processed the very next business day after you've
placed the order however some orders do take longer mainly due to credit
card authorization, security issues and high volume. |

If there is a pre-order or backorder item/s in your order, it will take
an additional 2 business days to process your order. To avoid delays
please place separate orders for items that are in stock and items that
are listed as preorder or backorder. |
|
Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control,
i.e. - extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to UPS
or USPS, as well as credit card authorization problems. In these rare
situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping
times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to
expedite every order. |

Return Policy
We must be notified of any return within 7 days with your receipt of the product and must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION.
We do not accept any return when the product has been damaged by customers.
If the product is opened and/or un-sellable merchandise returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund.
Please pack the returns carefully! If the product factory seal is broken, we do not accept any return.
If the return is due to our mistakes such as sent the wrong merchandise by accident, we do take the responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
When the incorrect is shipped back to us, please use USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us. We may arrange the return shipment. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping or store credit will be issused to you. Please fill out the back of the sheet attached to your invoice.
If the return is not due to our mistakes, the customer take full responsibility of all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please fill out the back of the sheet attached to your invoice.
If the package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable" are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, We do not take the responsibilty. Please make sure you have the correct address.
Refund is usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the holiday season, please allow us up to two weeks for a credit to be issued. Please do not forget to include your order number with any return!
