How to find something. From the home page of the
ABCTOY4ME,
there are two ways to find what you want. The home page has direct links to
different categories of merchandise, and sometimes to individual items. You
can follow these to find the sections of merchandise you are looking for.
The second option is to use our Search utility, which is located at the top
of most of the pages of our website.
How to Buy. Buying from ABCTOY4ME is easy and secure. When
you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information
is protected by our secure server. For every orderable item, there will be
an button. This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting
something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you
put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately,
or continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping
basket. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back
to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Shopping Cart' button in the upper
right-hand part of our website. You must be over the age of 18 to place an
order on our site.
Order by Mail. Don't have a credit card or want to place an order
through the internet?Remember, our website is 100% safe
and secure and ordering with your credit card is safe and faster than mail
order. We can only accept mail orders from the United States.
Methods of Payment. Through the website, we only accept credit
card payment for merchandise. We do accept Check, Money Orders, and Cash for
orders. We can only accept mail orders from the United States.

Problems Ordering. If you click on the Order button and get no
response, it is probably because you can't connect securely to our server.

Track your Package. If you placed an online order please, type
your order number into the box below to track the progress. If you placed an
order through the mail, please type in your last name in capital letters (eg.
SMITH) to track the progress of your order. This Order Tracking page can
only be used to track UPS shipments. Your order will not be tractable if:

All orders
within the United States ship USPS. Orders being shipped to a military
address, P.O. Box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territory address will
ship via Priority Mail. All USPS shipments are trackable. |

Any order placed after 3:00 pm PST may not be printed out & processed
until the NEXT business day. (So if you place an order on Friday at
3:00pm PST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning).
Weekends or holidays are not counted as business days. |

It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order
(Saturday, Sunday order may take up to 34 days to process).
Most of our orders are processed the very next business day after you've
placed the order however some orders do take longer mainly due to credit
card authorization, security issues and high volume. |

If there is a pre-order or backorder item/s in your order, it will take
an additional 2 business days to process your order. To avoid delays
please place seperate orders for items that are in stock and items that
are listed as preorder or backorder. |

Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control,
i.e. - extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to UPS
or USPS, as well as credit card authorization problems. In these rare
situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping
times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to
expedite every order. |

All Returns must be in like new condition and still in original factory
package. Due to the random content inside of packs and decks, they cannot be
returned once they are opened. Customers are responsible for return shipping
and all returns will be credited on receipt once approved.
Return Procedure. Any returns should be sent back to the address
on the return label. Once we receive your return, a refund will be applied
back to the credit card used for the purchase. When returning merchandise,
be sure to include a note with your order number and the details of the
return.
