We must be notified of any return within 7 days with your receipt of the product and must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. We do not accept any return when the product has been damaged by customers. If the product is opened and/or un-sellable merchandise returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund. Please pack the returns carefully! If the product factory seal is broken, we will not accept the return.
If the return is due to our mistakes such as sent the wrong merchandise by accident, we do take the responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When the incorrect is shipped back to us, please use USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us. We may arrange the return shipment. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping or store credit will be issused to you. If the return is not due to our mistakes, the customer take full responsibility of all shipping costs plus a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Packages returned to us marked "Refused" or "Undeliverable" are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly inputted address, we do not take the responsibilty. Please make sure you have the correct address. Refund is usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the holiday season, please allow us up to two weeks for a credit to be issued. Please do not forget to include your order number with any return!
